Delete Your Capira Account

You can remove your account yourself, at any time, directly inside the Capira mobile app. The whole process takes less than a minute.

   Open the Capira app

   Launch Capira on your iPhone or Android device.

   Sign in to your account

   Log in with the account you want to delete.

   Navigate to Settings

   Open the Settings section of the app.

   Tap Delete Account

   Select the Delete Account option.

   Confirm the deletion

   Review the prompt and confirm to permanently delete your account.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm, your account and its associated data are scheduled for permanent removal.

• Your user profile
• Financial planning data
• Budget information
• Goals
• AI coaching history
• Connected account information
• Other personal account data stored by Capira

If we are legally required to retain certain information — for example, for fraud prevention, security, or to comply with financial, tax, or other legal obligations — we retain only that information, and only for as long as the law requires.
